Returns and Eligibility
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless there are defects present. It’s important to note that slight variations may occur between the on-screen representation of user content and the final printed product, as different computer screens can display colors differently.
For cases of defects such as damage, errors in the quantity of delivered products, or lack of quality not caused by user content, we require photographic or other documentary evidence within 30 days of receipt. If a valid defect claim is substantiated and not due to external circumstances or force majeure, we will offer you the option of a reprint or a refund for the defective products.
Package Loss and Returns
In the unfortunate event that a package is lost during transit, please contact us within 30 days from the estimated delivery date. We will make arrangements to have a replacement order sent to you.
Returned Packages and Wrong Addresses
If a package is returned to us due to insufficient or incorrect address details provided by you or the end customer, we will report the problem. In such cases, you will need to place a new order with the updated address details. We will refund the product price for the new order; however, you will be responsible for the costs of the new order, including shipping.
Rejected Packages and Unclaimed Shipments
If a package is rejected by the recipient during delivery or remains unclaimed at the local post office or carrier pick-up point, it will be returned to us and disposed of safely. If you wish to place a new order with updated address details, you will be liable for the costs of the new order.
Please note that the remedies provided above are the sole remedies for any defective products, and any other remedies available by law are excluded to the fullest extent permitted.
